As a licensed psychologist, I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and behavioral medicine. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and adult family therapy.

As a clinical supervisor and trainer, I equip mental health trainees and professionals with advanced, evidence-based practices in behavioral health.
Through interactive training, consultation, and ongoing coaching, I help clinicians deepen clinical expertise while integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into ethical and effective clinical care.
